Gentle Habits is an offering to explore new practices you may have never tried.

With reference to habit stacking, the offering is a taster so you can decide if the ritual feels right for you and worth exploring more deeply. 

These are practical tools that have served me. For example, eating at regular meal times each day supports digestion, natural energy and enhanced mental clarity (an Ayurvedic suggestion). 

Pick one or two habits to start, in a way that feels manageable.

The goal is to create harmony without overwhelm. This is the only way it will land in a positive and sustainable way. 

The shifts from Gentle Habits will feel subtle at first,

but with time, you may start to notice other areas of  your life take shape in surprising and meaningful ways.
