I believe that how we show up in the world is shaped by the habits and rituals we practice. How we eat, care for our nervous system, and create a restful home are all carried through an invisible thread into our work and relationships.
With reference to habit stacking, Gentle Habits is an offering to explore new practices you may have never tried. The offering is a taster, an amuse bouche if you wish, to see if the practice resonates and something you may like to adopt or dive a little deeper into.
The goal isn’t to try them all in one go. Pick one or two to start, in a way that feels manageable without compromising the other responsibilities of your current world. I believe that is the only sustainable approach for lasting change to take shape.
With the simple act of eating at regular meal times each day, you may notice less bloating and an ease in digestion. This is a practice that I have learnt from Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine and life science. The philosophy behind regular eating times supports our digestive fire (Agni), prevents the build-up of toxins (Ama), and promotes overall wellbeing.
The shifts from Gentle Habits will feel subtle at first, but with time, you may start to notice things in your life falling into place in surprising and meaningful ways.
Gentle Habits is here to gently guide you in areas where you’re hoping for change.
